Rooms are spacious and comfortable. 27” Tube television in room. Water park is ok, more for little kids under 10. 2 big slides but doesn’t compare with any of the indoor water parks in Wisconsin. Water in rooms tastes and smells bad. Service was good. Fun activities for kids to do during our stay. Great big space in the main lobby with a huge fireplace, perfect for larger groups to gather, eat, talk, and play games. The arcade is awesome. Overall a good experience for our family of 7.

My 8 yo son attended a birthday party here this weekend, and we stuck around to do some of the other activities while he was at the party. My 5 year old was very sad he could not stay with his brother, but the staff was so nice to him, they brought him a balloon and the mascot visited him to cheer him up! We ate a delicious dinner, we painted pottery which was fun, got ice cream, and we played at the arcade where he had a blast. I also joined my other son in the party room and the staff was very accommodating for the party. I give the staff here 5 stars, they went out of their way to please us and we will definitely be back to stay as a family.

We love this indoor water park. We only wish that they had more staff on hand when we went because the service was slow at the restaurant when we ordered food to our room. By the time we got it all it was cold and we had reheat it. When we got to our room our heat wasn't working, but they were quick to fix it. The rooms should be updated in the hotel. We will be back though because of the great location and the water park.

The place is average. The water is a bit cold, not enough seating for all guests by the pool and dim lighting. Also older kids were "whipping" a ball across the pool and over heads and no one told them to stop. Bring your own towels, we waited for 2 hours and did not get any towels(they were being washed)!!! We eventually left without drying because the towels never came. There is only 1 restaurant at the premise with average food. Rooms are also dim, not enough lighting,, but clean and a little dated our sofa had a big hole in the arm rest. There are definitely other water parks to consider that are nicer for the same price. The welcome was the best part of the stay, I wished the rest of the place lived up to that customer service.

My boyfriend and I stayed here this weekend and could not have asked for a better experience! Upon arriving the staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived a few hours before our check in time, but they gave us our waterpark wristbands so we could enjoy the pool while waiting for our room to be ready. Once it was ready, they let us check in two hours early! Our room was very clean and cozy, no problems with cleanliness or anything. The bed was comfortable and very clean. We had a little trouble getting our hot tub to work, but maintenance was very quick to come help us and it turned out to be a simple button we overlooked, they were very friendly and did not mind helping us at all. The restaurant downstairs was great, very good food and our waitress was super nice. Not one complaint about the place all week. We will definitely be back! And especially shout out to Brittany at the front desk who helped us, she was so sweet :) thank you for a great weekend!
