This is such a cute coffee shop with so many beautiful, unique decor. Lots of local artists’ work displayed throughout. It was so much fun to just see the decors. Coffee shop was really clean, spacious and lots of indoor and outdoor seating available. Staff were friendly. They have vegan and gluten free options available. My iced latte was just average and I wouldn’t order it again but lavender scone was delicious!
Went on a weekend afternoon about an hour prior to closing. There were a number of seats available inside and outside the cafe. Staff were welcoming and patient as we perused the menu. We ordered an iced matcha latte and an iced lavender latte. Both were made upon ordering and were available for pickup at the end of the counter. The presentation of both drinks was great. The colors were appealing and were nice to look at through the glassware. The lavender latte had a gentle flavour and was not overly floral. On the other hand, I would have liked the matcha latte to have some more flavour to it. The atmosphere was quite relaxed and the cafe is a nice place to chill and meet up with others.
A unique artistic coffee shop! We loved the atmosphere, music, and the food! Vegetarian options: We loved the soup, scramble tofu rolls, spinach quiche.
I was in love with this cafe/art studio the moment I stepped in. It was floor to ceiling, corner to corner, with amazing art pieces, repurposed items used for the furniture, art to buy, and just an amazing space! Lots of seating! Their coffee and lavender latte were delicious as well. Every where you looked there was something new to look at. This space has so much character!
This is one of my new favourite cafes. The menu was simple but filled with very tastey comfort food. The coffee was good and the atmosphere is very unique, mixing cozy with whimsical with the help of local artists’ featured work. The vibe is eclectic but aesthetically pleasing and the seating options provide perfect arrangements for groups of 1-6+. The service was quick, efficient, and friendly. Can’t wait to go back the next time I’m in Port Moody.
Grit Studio is a true gem that champions local artists. The owner's warm heart shines through every intricate detail, creating an exceptional atmosphere. With top-notch coffee, impeccable service, and an art-filled ambiance, it's the perfect spot to savor a fantastic cup of joe while immersing yourself in creative expression .Food: 5/5
Love this cute cafe! How could you not! The rotating art is always cool and interesting, and the coffee is so good. A few more rotating vegan options would be amazing and also a few high chairs for our little friends!Food: 5/5
I came by on a whim as I was close by from another shop, and I must say I absolutely loved the space here and the service was great. I was originally going to go with a spanish latte, but the barista steered me away and recommended a dirty chai latte. Boy, was I glad she did that. It was realllly good and will definitely be my go to drink here. I feel like this shop is the epitome of what a local coffee shop would be like. They have a lot of local products also up for purchase and/or showcased and the over all vibe is just fantastic. I really wish there was something like this closer to me! I should have asked what was in the dirty chai! My only regret.
I accidentally found this neat little cafe. Port Moody has changed a lot since I last lived near there. There are so many independent cafes, eateries etc. I needed a take-out coffee and I happened to found a parking spot outside the shop. I absolutely love the decor, it's so artistic and creative, lots to look at and I was able to take a few minutes inside before I had to go. The coffee is really good. I am always looking for good coffee. Some coffee beans can upset my stomach and even give me cramps so to have a smooth coffee with no side effects is a big . The staff are lovely. I didn't buy any food, it looked like they don't do their own baking but I didn't try nor did I ask so I can't be sure .
Great coffee and service here. Super friendly and make great coffee. I just stopped going because it wasn’t stroller friendly.Food: 4/5
