i've been dealing with Grimshaw for over ten years, im shocked to see so many negative reviews, they have always treated me kindly and promptly, never have i ever had any issues with any of their services, it unfortunate that these reviews are not updated, friendly staff, professional service, delightful service techs, low in costs, and same day services, thank you Grimshaw , and staff, Cheers

Bad customer service from Kelly the general manager . If she will not own up to her mistakes then how would you expect the employees to do right by you . They said that my snowmobile did no need to be  crated . it was delivered to them and then they said that they have to be crated to move it . she  said that she did nothing wrong and that it was my fault and she stands behind her staff not her customer . hopefully my shipment will be ok . I will update when I receive the snowmobile
