The were supposed to deliver our package on the 12th. Called on the 16th they said they lost it and have a stack of 300 lost items to go through. Called again on the 17th and they told be they will deliver on the 20th between 10-2 and nothing. Tomorrow is the 22nd so hopefully It shows up.
Had some initial problems with the customer service but they were fixed. The delivery team was fantastic.
They park right by the crosswalk at Alexander for school there’s no parking there truckers. You know it.
This company understand the rules of safety. I was handed a reflective vest just because i want to pick up my order which won't take minutes. And the man handling the order by the ramp was super helpful and made sure my order fitted into my SUV without a scratch. Thanks folks.
