Grill City

A small restaurant located within Seafood City Supermarket, the food here is pretty good and tasty. There's a small food court there to enjoy Grill City food. Staff is friendly and polite. There's tons of parking outside as it's part of Heartland Mississauga. Stay safe out there friends and please, be kind to one another!

If I could eat one meal everyday for the rest of my life, it would be the BBQ chicken with rice from Grill City! Never have I tasted BBQ chicken this good! Full of flavour, so juicy and tender it’s impossible to resist! My mouth is watering right now as I’m typing this and now I want to go back for more. Super affordable, tons of food options here but this is by far my new favourite! 10 stars if I could!

We had breakfast there after we did our groceries. It was such a good deal for $7 per value meal. Authentic Filipino breakfast! We also bought the chicharon bulaklak at Crispy Town and it was crunchy and delicious!

I’m super disappointed with the Service and the quality of food. 1. Very slow service! Some servers are literally not doing anything, while there’s a lineup! 2. The coffee jelly was disgusting! It tasted nothing Like coffee, all I could taste was stinking milk! The milk wasnt even watery, it was thick and mucus like! 3. The price was too high for both the coffee jelly and the bbq $4! - the coffee jelly wasn’t even good, the bbq was good but not That special. Additionally, they didn’t have straws or napkins!? Base on this experience I do not recomment this place, SAVE YOUR MONEY. There are other Filipino store/restaurants That gives you exceptional meals and good Service!

I went to buy food today and I was served by an older woman. She handed me the pork skewers and walked away. I wasn’t even finished ordering yet. I tried to call her but she ignored me. I had to wait until the other server was done with the customer before me. If not for bbq skewers, I wouldn’t go to this place! The service sucks as fudge! one server should focus on one customer until finished instead of us waiting to be served on another dish. I saw the older woman server quickly packing food who knows for whom! She shouldn’t be in customer service!

I could never resist buying from Grill City because they have my favourite Filipino food, lechon kawali Bagnet, chicharon bituka, chicken skin, Turon and a lot more .

The food is not bad but the service is awful especially that lady serving the bbq this morning Sunday, July 11. 11:00am. She needs customer service training. Too early in the morning, she's already grumpy. Someone behind me commented, you were like that last week, till now you're still like that. Wow speaking of wanting to ruin your day. Go order from her. lf she has personal problem she should leave it at home .lf she doesnt like serving customer find another job. Don't assume everyone is familiar with the menu. Explain nicely!!!! Remember people had travelled from far places to come here. They don't deserve that kind of service and that doesn't represent Filipino hospitality

Even though they have the typical “turo-turo” style of serving, nothing really stands out from their menu. The bbq is overpriced and most of the food have been sitting there all day, so there is no such thing as fresh. And not to mention the food is a bit bland.

So disappointed with the Lechon. Our group ordered it for the Christmas party, what a waste of $282. It was garbage!!! Meat was overcooked and the skin was not even crispy. Definitely not Filipino tasting lechon. The sarsa is not good, it taste like those from bottle. Everyone left the lechon on their plate and throw in the garbage coz the meat was so overdone that it's like pulled pork in a bad way!!!

Most tasteless pancit and palabok I've had in my 39 years. Tastes like my mom's cooking when she became old and stopped adding salt to everything. The garbage bin enjoyed it though.
