This place is pretty awful.. there's like one guy that's capable of giving friendly service and he's usually working the ticket booth. Everyone else is super rude. Last time I went to pick up my ticket, they had one guy working the ticket booth when the lineup was out the door. The washrooms are nasty and it's way too small for the amount of people in there during boarding times. Most of the time they don't follow the express boarding numbers either and it's a free for all. People push and shove ahead of you and staff do nothing to keep it organized. I find the people that assist with loading bags to be super rude also and unnecessarily aggressive with my luggage. Greyhound honestly sucks and I wish there was a better alternative to traveling out of London. If you can afford via rail do that instead.

he bus I have a ticket for got over booked and they told everyone to get back inside. Then the next bus came around and waited in line just to have that one overbooked too. It's over an 45 passed when I was supposed to get on and no news when the next bus will arrive, the bus started boarding over an hour when the original ticket said. I am beyond livid, this is typical of greyhounds services. I am an avid traveler on greyhound (use them around 4 times a month) I don't recommend coming here you will only be disappointed. You would get better communication and services from a Moroccan prison. Also from my experience the bathrooms in the London and Kitchener locations are very sub par usually having pee all over the floor and generally dirty.

the customers are bad, the staff is good. the place is clean, though the homeless people outside and in can be off putting. though that problem really has nothing to do with greyhound. the washrooms are clean, and there is a subway indoors. watch out for the cabs outside, they often drive without looking. and take corners without looking, and go through red lights, and do u turns (without looking). and generally are a danger to everyone.

Good prices and frequent departures to Toronto. However, be cautious when booking any long journeys with one or more connections. I've done London to Toronto a few times without too much trouble, but London to Ottawa (connecting in Toronto) is a disaster because Greyhound advertise very ambitious (in my opinion, unrealistic) schedules, which are almost guaranteed to fall behind and result in passengers missing their connections if there's any traffic on the 401.

I have never had any huge problems travelling on the Greyhound. The Drivers aren't always the nicest people, though they speak up if there's a baby out of control. Some people listen to their music on their phone w/out headphones. Prices are Good & website is very useful.
