Grey Bruce Laser Vision Centre

Thanks to the wonderful people at Grey Bruce LASIK I have one thing less to worry about. The staff were kind, helpful and calming. They were able to correct my vision and it feels completely foreign to me to not have to wear glasses after nearly 15 years. The process was not as stressful as I imagined. The process was explained thoroughly and nothing was surprising except how quickly the end results occurred.

Thank you Dr. Orr, Glenn and Sharon as well as the staff at the reception for such amazing, awesome care. I am extremely impressed and thankful for how kind, gentle and informative that you all were before, during and after my eye surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Orr and his team to everyone. They put my mind at ease and explained everything during my procedure. I felt very pampered and comfortable. The aftercare was also very excellent. Definately highly recommended. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Grey Bruce Laser Vision Centre. Dr. Richard Orr and his team were wonderful to deal with. They answered all of my questions. It is obvious the entire team love what they do. Glenn and Sharon were very helpful leading up to and including the day of the procedure. I have pondered having Lasik performed for about 20 years. My vision was a -.825 basically anything past my nose was a total blur. At my post op appointment the next day I had 20/20 vision. This still amazes me. Recovery time was minimal.

My glasses prescription was at -3.25 & -3.50, when we did further tests on my eyes they were actually at -6.00 & -6.50. After my lasik surgery my vision is 20/15, better than 20/20! It has been almost 2 months since my surgery and it has been life changing! The staff at Grey Bruce LASIK were very friendly and were there to answer any questions, day or night responding to emails, before and after the procedure. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone thinking about getting LASIK.

I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with the results of my iLasik surgery on Dec. 7, 2018. Dr. Orr and staff were fantastic with being so informative, personable, and extremely professional. I have zero complaints from my initial consultation to my final eye exam post-surgery with Dr. Orr, and I am sorry I didn't do this procedure sooner. I have been a glasses/contact wearer for 20 years and the freedom without them is amazing. The procedure itself was terrifying in my mind, but reality was it was a sleek, quick process with no room for error, as everything is so precise! My left eye healed slower than my right but Dr. Orr was very attentive and had me come in for extra checkups outside of the normal post op schedule and each and every time did not rush me until all questions were answered. Many thanks to Glen and Sharon also as they made me feel right at home and very comfortable. Highly recommend this facility!

Laser Eye Surgery is one of the BEST decisions I ever made ... Dr. Orr and his team were outstanding. They helped me to feel at ease with their bright, uplifting, attentive care. I felt very attended to and their level of personal care is touching and reassuring. HIGHLY recommended.

Just enjoyed my first Christmas without wearing glasses, and I am very thankful for all Grey Bruce LASIK has done for me. It has been amazing to be free of vision impairment due to fog, snow, and rain on my glasses , and I am so glad I had this procedure done.

Great experience, even though my procedure had a little bit of slight issues not the clinics fault. Everyone was so friendly and cared about making sure I was comfortable. Also did a very good job of describing the procedure and making sure I was informed about after care and how I would feel during the surgery. Overall all great experience and would recommend this facility to anyone thinking of getting lasik done. The staff are very accommodating and make sure they do there all to ensure you leave happy and with great eye sight.

Absolutely incredible experience working with this entire team. After wearing contacts and glasses for 20 years, waking up to have 20/20 vision is a feeling I can’t even put into words. Dr. Shasha, Glenn and Sharon were extremely welcoming, professional, and thorough throughout the whole procedure, preop and post op appointments. They explained every step of the process and answered any questions I had in great detail. I could not recommend this clinic more. Thank you all for changing my life.

I had my lasik eye surgery done just over a month ago and I can say I am happier than ever. This surgery relieved so many of the burdens that came with wearing glasses and now I am living a whole new life. I am glad to have had Glenn and Sharon walk me through the procedure as they made me feel so much more at ease! Highly recommend Grey Bruce LASIK!
