We are the Grenadier Group, operators of the Grenadier Restaurant located in the center of Toronto's High Park.

Story

The Grenadier Group began its relationship with the City of Toronto in 1981, when John Caragianakos took over the operations of the Grenadier Restaurant in High Park. Since then, the Caragianakos family has provided uninterrupted management of the restaurant and has expanded its operations to include other concessions in the park as well as Sunnyside Pavilion and Café.

While the Grenadier Group has grown significantly in the past 30+ years, it has never forgotten the importance of its community roots, investing in community facilities and infrastructure in the Western Beaches and playing an active leadership roles in many community-based organizations.

I really enjoy the patio.  Breakfast is inexpensive.  Service is efficient.  The quality of food isn't spectacular but for the money it's tough to beat.  A real nice place to have breakfast.  Kudos.

Great location with a picturesque patio. Decent food at fair prices. The early opening hour is really convenient for pre-work meetings. The coffee is undrinkable however.

Nice place to take a break while hiking in the park. They are serving customers in the patios or offer take out. No pets are allowed inside. Home fries were yummy!

Decent coffee and food. Nice atmosphere especially in the summer to sit outside. The place could do with a bit more regular cleaning. The tables aren't wiped down between customers and often have crumbs or leftovers on them. Very friendly staff. Very spacious and comfortable setting.

A cozy family café. Summer is a perfect time to enjoy a good brunch in a patio. Very friendly staffs and good customer service make your food taste even better.

Food was delicious and service was decent. Patio looked very nice when the weather was good.  4 stars,  recommend if in the park!
