I went in june to apply for the after school program for sept this year . they told me they would be getting back to people by aug1 the latest. Ive called 4 times this week and no one has returned my call . im upset because school starts in 3 weeks and no reply. I think they need to treat there customers better. And just return calls.

We have been going to this particular YMCA as non-members for the past four years for the children's aquatics classes for both of my children. Well this year has been the biggest waste of money yet and the costs keep rising? My sons instructor was great when she was there…she ended up leaving as the instructor and every week a new instructor was starting from the beginning. Can you wet your face, blow bubbles, bob under the water? I have never been so disappointed, as his progress had completely stopped and he has lost his confidence that was building? Then at the end of the 12 week class he gets a report card, that does not even describe his abilities as a swimmer?

I've been trying to join the YMCA for 3 months now under the Y access program. I applied to both the Greendale branch and the main branch, but after multiple phone calls, emails, and in person visitis I finally got a letter for the wrong person. Needless to say I still haven't been able to join.

Nice facilities and friendly staff! The indoor tennis courts are clay and heated.
