It’s exactly what you’d expect from a trailer park….. also they advertise that they have a gym that they don’t have. I got charged $25 to my account for speeding through the neighborhood, not by a cop, not even by a person in real time, but I received a letter saying someone saw a car that looked like mine and it was speeding. Considering 99% of the community is over 100 years old I’d love to see that eye witness. I also wonder if that resident was carrying a speed gun

Feel Very forgotten by the park since they shut everybody out unless you have an appointment and since they switched to online payments only as well as can't believe how high lot rent is and water pressure seems less at sink and shower plus the cost of sewage is crazy cuz of the new processing plant has it at a $50 surge charge tacked on before you even flush your toilet for the beginning of the month freaking ridiculous downright has to be one of the most expensive modular home parks in all of Lehigh Northampton county wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.
Look elsewhere , homes are cheap because the were put in the park in 1986, no equity in your home. If you decide o buy get yourself a whole home inspection top to bottom. No vapor barrier under homes except the new homes that are being set up, forget about the guide line for living in here no one to inforce them. Look elsewhere . Base lot rent is 783.00 per month, goes nup every year, no amenities.
Lot rent is way too high, then they tack on water ,sewage ,and trash to raise you bill even more. You have no choice for these added services, you have to pay it. Taxes are high and many.
I have been a resident for @ 2 yrs. I really am 100% satisfied living here. We have added a large porch and that makes the single wide better for my lab and I. I'm happy the Village allowed me to build it. Evon is organized and on top of her game. Along with the maintenance staff the park is well maintained. Roads were repaired trees trimmed snow removed in a timely fashon. Thanks to all whom work to keep it such a nice place to live.
Clean park with clean looking homes. Nice Main office with playground outside. Rent is apx 620.00 a month and it goes up every year by apx 15 to 20 dollars.
I am part owner of a Security Agency, and in pursuant of gaining partnership with Mobile Home communities, I had the pleasure of driving around and viewing this community. It is very well kept and filled with pleasant residents.
I have family who live there. They have very nice mobile homes to buy. They have a place for kids to play and to have outings if you like. It's quiet there .
The Manager Yvonne is racist, unprofessional, lazy, unorganized to her paper works so she will blame the homeowners at the end, knock on your door with a big bang and attacking you & rude to talk with attitude problem and worst of all she's mistreating the homeowners here in Greenbriar , and a dictator it's like we the homeowner who's giving money to company and we have to follow her instantly. Primitive coz, she's a kind of person who will record your voice. It's like she's working in a flea market that has to scream and yell
