After posting a negative review on GREEN STORAGE I recieved a phone call directly from the owner of the company. This impressed me immediately. The gentleman went on to assure me the increases I'd been advised of were an error on the part of a new software program and insisted on handling my situation personally. I did receive a small and reasonable increase. My experience and opinion of this organization has taken a 180 degree change. Very happy with how I was treated and will continue to use this storage company as the facilities themselves are excellent..

Take your business elsewhere! The people working here were rude. A grey-haired male employee told my family member with a learning disability they were stupid for not reading the contract completely (when they were confused why they were being charged every 28 days, not monthly... like everywhere else on the planet who rents units). My unit had no working light for the 6 months I rented despite bringing up the concern, and was inaccessible in the winter unless I brought my own shovel and salt/ de-icer. There's a lawsuit waiting to happen - someone will slip and get hurt eventually.

Don't rent here. Staff are good but price increases are insane. In the summer they upped me 6% and in Feb 2018 it goes up 35% 
 So for my two units i've gone from close to $300.00/m to OVER $430.00/MONTH!!!  THATS AN INCREASE OF $1,560.00 per year. 
  In no other walk of life have I seen such a blatant ripping off of the customer because they know how time consuming and expensive it can be to source another storage facility, rent a truck, organize or pay for help and move all your belongings - and especially in the dead of winter.

They will bill you for the whole month even you gave them the advance notice.They wont even tell me if the stroage was rented after I move out and was charge for that entire month( charging me and the new renter at the same time) Do not trust staff on verbal phone, have yout notice done in writing coz they will still keep charging you on your bank. Never again!Poor customer service and rude male staff..dont know his name.

If you got a big load i recommend going to green storage! The staff are excellent and professional!
