I came out to Barrie to help my 81 year old grandmother move. Dwinnell’s was efficient, friendly, and helpful. It was a bit of a rush getting things packed, and they even helped with this process. Labelling boxes and double checking that everything she wanted to take was in the truck. They wrapped everything carefully and professionally. Mr. Dwinnell had a great sense of humour, and we were laughing and talking the whole time. We both greatly appreciated this, and were talking about how great their service was afterwards. Thank you!

Adriaan and the guys showed up on time. They worked so hard and fast. It was hot and lots of work. They were very polite and happy the whole time. They really took care of us. Zero damage and went out of their way to make sure we everything was where we wanted it. Just an absolute please to have. Would HIGHLY recommend them. Thanks so much

We hired Dwinnells to do a large moving project for a cottage property that was replacing 19 sofa beds and 54 chairs over two moving dates. They received the new furniture from Toronto and stored it until the moved in dates. All the furniture had to be switched out and the old furniture delivered to The Re-Store in Orillia. They brought two trucks and did an amazing job for us. The crew on both dates were friendly and accommodating. They ensured that the packing materials were removed and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use Dwinnells in the future.

Dwinell's team was fantastic. They had us moved out of old home and into the new one in under six hours with no damage . They made what was expected to be a long stressful day very enjoyable.

I got tailgated by one of their drivers for 15 min on highway 12 while I was driving with a new driver. Not a great feeling when you're doing 90 with 1 car length between you and a moving truck.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Called to make sure they had an updated number for my delivery and the employee I spoke to was rude and disinterested. Delivery was never confirmed and no one showed up to deliver my appliances I waited 2 weeks for. No response when I called and left a message to find out what was going on. I only wish I was given the option of a zero star rating because that's what they would be getting.

The guys did an amazing job for my stressed out daughter a year ago, they went above and beyond. I'm just about to call them to book my own upcoming move.
