I'm very impressed by the effort put into cleaning my sectional couch. The 2 gentlemen were very professional as they entered my home. Took off their shoes before entering the house, had their masks on even though it's not necessary any longer and really took the time to finish the job. I highly recommend their services, it's rare to see such hard work these days. Thank you Team Diego for everything!!

What was cleaned was cleaned well. However, a lot of the specific areas that I requested be cleaned were not. I also came home to the kitchen window and blinds being covered with a white foamy substance that had actually eaten the paint off the blinds! When I contacted the company about the service, I was offered a discount off a future service. When I explained that I would not likely be needing future service, I was offered $20 off my cleaning bill. As the night progressed, I began to notice more things that had been missed and emailed again. At this time, I was offered a repeat visit in the next 2 days for correction of the mistakes/omissions. I accepted the offer and waited for confirmation. It has now been 4 days and I have not yet heard back! I will not be using this service again :
