I stopped into Green Acres on April 23rd 2022 and ordered a Fish Fry… It came with Italian Wedding Soup and French Fries… This fish fry was amazing, it was cooked to perfection… the Italian Wedding soup was superb. Just so happy this great place is back to waiting on customers. This place has always been great… if you’ve never eaten at Green Acres you are missing out… This place has a very loyal following, but driving by you would never assume what a GEM this place is! For 25yrs I’ve been enjoying Green Acres food and great service… you should too!
My sweetheart took me here and it was my first visit. All I can say is wow!! I have never seen a place served as much food as they do. You will not go home hungry for sure. Everyone seems to leave with a doggy bag. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area or looking for a little Drive. I would advise making reservations.
My toddler and i split the 2 pc fish dinner once a week. I also get the turkey dinner frequently. Everything we've ever had has been consistently delicious.
Because of COVID we hadn't been to Green Acres for a couple years. Then a change happened. We hoped the menu would remain and it did. We traveled from the Brantford area to celebrate my wife's birthday. We even reserved our date two weeks in advance. We got to GA and it wasn't busy. The fish my wife had and the beef on weck was everything expected. Service was great. Sadly, like every other restaurant prices are up... And thank you Green Acres for allowing us to bring our daughter who was visiting from Nova Scotia. It was awesome.
Food was delicious fast and the staff was quick to fix stuff wrong and friendly!! We will be back!
Best place to go for home cooked food. We ask for Jack he is a great young man, fast , friendly, and always has a smile. We go for lunch, and dinners. This place is a very busy. So come give them a try you won't be sorry. Thanks to all the staff for the great job see you all soon. Dietary restrictions: They have many different sides to pick from so you can choose what is best for your dietary needs.
Green Acres Family Restaurant is an Old-fashioned family restaurant turning out burgers, sandwiches, fried fish & desserts since 1961. Not only that you can have it your way. Fish & Chips are the best cooked to perfection every single time. The best coleslaw fresh & creamy just the way grandma would make it. The salads are the best in the area apparently the best turkey dinner in all of Niagara. Never miss a family occasion with this restaurant they'll feed the whole family & have the room to do it. Vegetarian options: Best salads Kid-friendliness: The kiddies are important to the family. The best service for the kiddos Parking: Lot of parking Wheelchair accessibility: You can also walk in on cruches Dietary restrictions: Will make it right just for the special dietitor
This place is the best. The food is tasty and you get huge portions. I always get the chicken parmesan with spaghetti. The staff are always very friendly and the service is great. When I used to live in Fort Erie, I would order the fish and chips take out and have enough food for 2 meals.
Green Acres restaurant is like coming home to family. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. The menu has a great mix of options for you. The portions are generous. The food always tastes amazing. The price for your meal is always reasonable. It has everything you want in a restaurant! Kid-friendliness: I don't have little children any more but I see children there all the time. The staff work hard with the families to make everyone happy. Parking: Green Acres has a big parking lot right outside of the restaurant.
Portions are huge, food is delicious and the staff is personable .
