The bank manager was very insensitive to my family's emergency. Less than 30 minutes ended up costing over $130 in overdraft fees that they refused to reverse. Emergency doctor's appointments cannot be avoided.

These people took my grandmother s entire said check for overdraft fees from one bad check! Should u write bad checks ..no. but u shouldn't charge an 82 year old woman $10 a day for every day its overdrawn. She is on a fixed income! She can't just go out and get more money!
