I finally know why my wife recommended these guys.. they go above and beyond to make you feel like they are there to help you, not just make a quick dollar off you. RC and Shay are two top tier employees. Bottom line: First National Pawn is the place to go if you want fair honest bids and offers. Number 1 pawn shop in the Black Hills.

I love the Pawn Shop. The associates are always friendly and helpful. Even if I don't find what I'm looking for, I never leave the Pawn Shop disappointed. Shout out to the associate Shey for being probably the coolest guy there! He's always very helpful and is very reasonable with his prices!

I love shopping at the pawn shop!  There are always some awesome deals to be found..or made! Jeremy, hands down, is THE most knowledgeable employee there!  Always courteous, willing to help you the best way possible and assists you in getting all the materials you need for whatever job or task it is you're looking for!

The staff here are always so friendly! Every time I come in, whether to pawn or to buy, they are so helpful and willing to answer any question I may have. Great place to shop, large selection of items, and great customer service!

I love shopping at first national pawn because of the wide variety of items and the great staff present that always greet me with a warm welcome and great deals. Alicia, RC, Nick and I don't remember the other guy name but all are doing an excellent job there. I 100% recommend this store to anyone looking for a pawn store
