Great Outdoor Pediatric Dentistry

Everything was going great at first. My son was initially excited to go to the dentist after years of trying, but I'm pretty sure that is ruined now. The tech was great, she was attentive and showed compassion. However when the dentist came in he barely introduced himself, then proceeded to hold my son's mouth open by hurting him, evidenced by a piercing scream from my son and him saying that the dentist was hurting him. The dentist said, and I quote "open your mouth or I'll do it for you." He didn't stop, he just kept on going with it even though my son was clearly terrified. He rushed my son who has anxiety issues and didn't give him a chance to calm down. He just held him down and terrorized him. They claim to be kid friendly but evidently they are far from it. They'd probably get more business and repeat business with a little compassion and understanding. Thanks for ruining all the work I've done to get my son to go to the dentist. I hope he bit you. If you're reading this, please don't ever go to this dentist. He shouldn't be in business.

Our 2 year old recently had to have work done on her 2 front teeth. From the initial consult to the follow up it was a positive experience in a tough time for a young child. Support staff and Dr Wilson were professional and kind.
