Great Lakes Family Dental Group

I have a very busy schedule and made an appointment with great lakes dental. After sending me multiple reminders by phone and text, they called me as I was halfway to my appointment and they called and wanted to reschedule because the person who was going to see me wasn't feeling well. Though it was a major inconvenience I rescheduled. Prior to the second appointment I again received multiple reminders and requests for confirmation. I confirmed. On my way to the apointment after scheduling the whole day around it, they again called and wanted to reschedule because the person who was going to see me was running very late. In a big office with multiple aids and dentists, no one was available to see me for a CLEANING! My experience with great lakes dental is that they are not competent and organized enough to keep their schedule or operate in a professional manner. I highly recommend finding a different dentist who is able to be professional and take care of your dental needs.

It's a pretty office. But the keep having to redo what they already tried to fix, and my hygienist actually bragged about how good she was at finding junk to dig out of my teeth after complimenting me on great brushing and flossing every day🤤 I bled for two weeks. I would rather be in that old office with Drs Wolf and Curtis again, then keep going through this nightmare. Now it's a revolving door. 😔
