This place is the worst dental office I have ever been to. The female dentist is VERY unprofessional, and acts like you're a inconvenience to her. I had a cracked molar that needed extracted and was saw Aug 24th, they scheduled the appointment extraction for Sept 25th, over a month away.I called Maple City dentistry and they got me in the same day with very professional service. Please DO NOT go here under any circumstances.

Run. If on medicaid they will treat you like a piece of garbage. Nurse Practitioner will lie to you. You can be in worse pain of your life and they could care less. And never perscribe anything more than what you can get OTC at the grocery store. Huge mistake choosing this place for primary care. For me & my girl.

I personally have 2 Doctors in this office & I deeply appreciate the care & concern I receive at each and every visit. I've never had to wait longer than 5-15 min(tops) in the waiting room or in the room. The staff has always been very kind and helpful, each and every time I have an appointment or a question. Just wanted to say "THANK YOU" to the staff & two of the best Doctors I have ever had!

I think the negative reviews I see here are more of a reflection on the character of the person posting than on the clinic or doctors. I've been going to Family Medical for a few years and have not experienced any of the nonsense mentioned in a couple of the reviews. Not only have I rarely had to wait for very long, but I have often been taken early. Some people will find anything to whine about.

Don't go to this place if you can help it. They really know how to give you the run around and make you feel like a nuisance. You aren't a patient there you're only a profit. I am a nursing student with a passion to help people and let me just say that this place is everything that I aspire NOT to be. Mental health there is great but everything else is just very disappointing. They have lied to me many times now and because of them I'm being forced to go four days without my medication. Still don't know when they will fax my prescription to the pharmacy and it's been over a week since my request. Please don't bring kids here they don't care about there patients at all. It's just heartbreaking to discover that places like this exist.
