Great Clips

I went there twice so far, will go again. First time I was very happy 5/5, second time was 3.5/5. Different person so sometimes that happens. Still over all happy and will go back.

My barber was on a vacation so I decided to go to Great Clips near nordel way. I have gone to great clips in Langley before and thought I will go to Great Clip on nordel. The experience was like going to a factory and getting a haircut from a robot. It was so rushed. It felt like the barbers in the store where having a competition to see who can give more haircuts in an hour. Nevertheless won't be going to the Great Clips near nordel way. Great clips has a great app and franchise in Langley are awesome.

Very nice lady, but she didn’t cut my hair like I asked. I wanted an inch off so my hair would be right above my shoulders, she cut it so it’s now at my jaw line. I can’t put my hair in a ponytail anymore, and I can’t clip it back. I have a concert tonight, I look awful with this haircut.

I got a cut and she added layers. The layers look like three blunt lines. She also was extremely rude during the appointment. I personally had a poor experience and will not be going again. Although lots of good reviews so it may have just been a bad day.

Have been getting my hair cuts here for 5 years friendly staff and good prices
