Everything and everyone here is fabulous! I popped in while downtown to see if I could get an appointment, they were able to fit me in the following week, very approachable and kind. Went for my appointment today and it was wonderful. The assistant at the front was very kind and had a gorgeous smile, I felt comfortable right away. My stylist, Jess~ she was exactly who I needed, we had a good conversation about what I was looking for before she even started, the rest is history! This is a wonderful salon I highly recommended it. Every person there contributes to the energy ~ it’s fantastic and I’m calling it ‘My Salon’ now
I highly recommend this salon, everyone from the receptionist to the hairstylist were super friendly and very welcoming! This was my first time here and Sierra was my hairstylist. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it to be and each step, she made sure I was happy with everything she was doing. She's very friendly, skilled and confident. We had a lovely conversation during my time here and I'll definitely come back. This salon also offers coffee and tea to their customers which I thought was so thoughtful and such a great bonus to the overall experience! :
Recently been going to see Halle, and she is doing such a great job on my hair! I love what she has done!! She is thorough and advises me of the best options for my hair. I love the experience at this salon, everyone treats you so well when you walk in the door. They are very knowledgeable with all their products, as well as have incentives for you to win free hair cuts for a year! 10/10 highly recommend!Service: Hair coloring

I called Black Orchid to book a hair cut, as I am new to Langley and looking for a local salon in my area. The receptionist answered all my questions, and booked me an appointment within a few days of the call. I had my appointment with Josh, who listened to my hair goals and my preferences for cutting my hair. He did exactly what I asked for and I am very happy. The salon was beautiful, clean and well cared for. I was greeted when I entered and everyone was very polite and helpful. I would strongly recommend this salon for a great experience. One thing to be aware of, I used my Google maps to drive to the salon as I wasn't 100% sure of the location, and it took my Fuller Lane, which is an alleyway with zero parking. I would recommend accessing the salon from Fraser Highway, parking on the main roadway and walking down McBurney Lane 5 mins tops! I was a little lost, though that has nothing to do with the salon and is a Google error.Services: Hairstyling
I can't remember who did my hair since I went last year but they did a great job, I unfortunately no showed to an appointment and it seems like they're unwilling to have me there anymore which is completely understandable. Go to your appointments guys, it's not worth it to loose a great stylist!

This salon is the perfect place to get pampered! It has great services, decor, it's comfortable -- & everyone has good vibes. Arla's expertise on hair colour gets you to your hair goals while maintaining hair health. I like to say she's a blonde wizard, however, she's so much more. She is wonderful, go see her!
I was in search of a new hair stylist and I’m happy to say that I found one! My daughter and I saw Duc for the first time for a haircut, I also had a color consultation with him. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We both loved our haircuts! The salon was clean and had a nice vibe. Plenty of parking and food places around. I also purchased their hair products and received a discount as a new client.
