Great Clips

I have been here a number of times and always ask for the same very simple cut. #1 up to x height, then finger length for the rest. For some reason it falls inches short of the mark and gets blended which I specifically do not want. When I mention this I am met with attitude or "I don't know what you're talking about." Two stars because there is one dresser who does my hair correctly but I can never seem to get our schedules to align. Similarly, I have also seen attitude directed at customers who gave their number too quickly. "I'm sorry, can you please repeat that?" is much simpler. I come in for a five minute cut and tip well but can't seem to be treated like the style I have chosen is what I deserve.

My 5-year-old is always given a great haircut here and treated very nicely.

Worst experience ever. my mother and I took my grandmother who is 80 years old to get her hair cut. We were welcomed into the shop by an older lady, who was quite polite very to the point, and didn't acknowledge my grandmother when she jokingly said she needed a haircut. When the lady who called my grandmothers name to cut her hair she had an extremely unimpressed face when she saw my grandmother, then when my grandmother went to get in the chair, she wouldn't turn the chair around so that my grandmother could properly sit down. Then, while cutting her hair kept staring at my mom and I with a completely disgusted face. She wouldn't speak to my grandmother the entire time she cut her hair. On top of it all, it wasn't even a good cut. Worst experience ever, don't support this business. Treat these elderly people with some compassion and respect. I will never recommend this place to anyone I care about. Absolutely disgusting service.

your outcome depends who is cutting your hair, the old tattooed guy is friendly but my 4 yo scared of him. but the other lady cuts uneven hair, so its not really worth it, on the plus side you can book a slot online
