Great Clips

Not happy with my cut! It was uneven and not layered properly. I had to go back to a second location to have it fixed. They need to screen their stylists better.

Very nice friendly service. Usually no more than a 10 min wait. Kid friendly. Nice cuts.

Be forwarned! Great Clips has a new billing policy, that they don't share until u go to pay your bill. Please question cost before u get your hair done with questions like, how much for a shampoo, how much for a cut, how much for a condition, how much for a blow dry and style? Seems obvious to most that these procedures would be combined into getting your hair done, but not so. After all of these procedures r completed the cost is higher then any other salon in the city. I had them use the hot iron to smooth my hair. A process that took not more then 15 minutes. They considered this a style for hair longer then my shoulders so it cost $25 plus tax! My hair is naturally straight so this was not a large process. The girls were very apologetic for the charge, not their fault. Just ask before u get your hair done.

Staff friendly, shop is very clean and organized, staff a little inexperienced but this is to be expected, as this is usually where the new to the business stylist start out.
