Great American Casino Everett

The food at the Casino used to be quite good. Was there just last Saturday and the food was great. Stopped by today for early dinner. The dishes were all way too salty, especially the sauces and the fried rice too. They said they have a new head chef with new menu, and I don't think I am liking them.

Food is okay depending on what you get. The service is the worst I've seen in a long time and it's consistently bad. You can be the only one at a bar table and still not get service. Your water glass will sit empty forever unless you call someone over. I had to go find someone just to pay my bill and leave. Sitting at the bar gets you slightly better service because you're in their face but even that's no guarantee. They also overlook certain ingredients in the meals so make sure you know what you're supposed to get. For example, I ordered a General Tso's chicken which was supposed to come with some vegetables but all I got was a plate of breaded chicken with sauce on top. The breakfasts are really good when they have everything to make it. I've ordered just to have them come back and tell me their out of something so I would have to change my order. I really hope they work out the kinks and get someone to overlook the quality of the staff more closely. I can go to a heavily crowded restaurant and get better service and more accurate meals than this place can do with only two people sitting at a table.

Great place to watch the Sea-HAWKS play. The bar has fun games and great drink prices on game day.

Enjoyed the prime rib special. It was a lot of food for the $ and tasted delicious. Our bartender/waitress Jasmine was awesome! I would definitely go back.
