Gray's Auction and Liquidation Service

VERY RUDE staff! So I got 4 boxes of backsplash and put it in my cart. Another person follows me through the store and finally tells me that the backsplash I got it's his. I told him how come? there was no sign on it "Sold" or anything. he said I will be back. After 2 minutes a guy that works there, Kevin was his name I believe, Very rude person, comes out of nowhere and moves the personal belongings that I had in my cart, grabs the boxes of backsplash and tells me, this is not yours, it's somebodie's else. I'm frozen, not knowing how to react. Wow..no explanation, nothing. A lady cashier was very rude when I told her what happened, trying to defend the guy. I felt like I don't matter at all there, as a client. Truly, these kind of people deserve NO business from us, the clients. that keep them in business.

This Auctioneer is the most miserable, ignorant person I've ever had the misfortune of seeing Auctioneer. He scowls and barks rudely at people. Hubby and I are collectors and have hired Auctioneers at one point or the other, and this person would be at the bottom of my list. Don't think he cares as he appears to be well heeled. Guess people will go anywhere and suffer any abuse to save a few cents.

Each time I come and visit family, we like to stop in at Gray's. If I could, I would give them a negative star rating. I do not believe they deserve any rating at all. Very disappointed, I felt cheated. I purchased some walking sticks, the top of package was ripped and the bottoms of the sticks were taped up and then taped all around package. I would have needed a knife to open it as the excessive amounts of tape used. When I arrived home it was clear to me why it was taped the way it was. The bottom knobs of the sticks were broken off and taped to the poles, whoever taped it knew full well they were broken by how it was taped together. Shame on you Grays for being so dishonest, you got my $24.00 but rest assured I will rip open any package before buying any item from you again. Make sure you inspect everything.. Lesson learned.

There is a guy there, he call him self the owner. His name is Kevin. No respect to this guy at all. He barks at customers. I have seen the customers are always right about things. You feel ugly hearing him talk.
