I love this store. Ignore the bad reviews. the owner is very nice IF you are sane. this store is on granville and there are lots of crazy, drunk people that pass by here. so if you are polite and nice they will treat you with respect and give you great service otherwise they have no choice but to kick the bad customers out. Oh a message to those stupid people who wrote a review for not getting price over the phone... they wrote on their site In store pricing but you stupid customers must have called them and asked for a price and excepted best buy out of this smoke shop. Those people don't respect policies for stores. funny thing is at least they were honest in their review and showed their stupidity! haha . either way I have been very happy with the bongs i got here. their prices are very reasonable.
This "Granville Tobacconist" has a selection that is usually spot on with decently priced, GOOD quality glass and that's why I even bother to pop in whenever I'm on my way to the store next door, to see what pieces they have - most of the guys I've interacted with have been pretty chill for the most part, and I've never really had a problem with any of them. Today, a tall thin pale dude with a nasty attitude drove me out of the store before I even had a chance to look at what they had, simply because I made a remark about the lack of inventory at the very front of the store - I genuinely thought they might be moving locations because of how bleak the front looked. Not until I was halfway through the store could I see how they still had a ton of products but I didn't stick around to find out.
I walked the entire neighbourhood before returning to this store to choose the best quality bong at the lowest price. The owner even gave me a discount on top of his discounted price. This store has top quality merchandise at the best price in Vancouver.

My new favorite store for vape! I generally had a perception about downtown stores being pricy but this store changed my mind. Top of that, their staffs are 100% chill and helpfull.
I went here because I was searching for a five piece grinder- I have not been able to find this anywhere else. This place had a huge selection of everything I was looking for. They had tons of sizes of screens, a plethora of incense, and even snacks and beverages. Looked like they had a good stock of vapes and glass but I didn't browse it. The man working was helpful and friendly and I will definitely be back. So convenient to be one door away from a dispensary! I had to take the time to write a review because there are so many of this type of shop along Granville street but this one stands out! Great store.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff very good customer service lots of fake review open late great selection of bong and best peice on bong in the nieghbourhood and now have new management
Had a bad experience with e-liquid pods, bought 3 boxes and all the pods were leaking and the owner didn't exchange unopened boxes, also the flavor tested like cleaning product. Bad quality, 70 dollars wasted .
