I have had the pleasure of working with Graniteworx for the last 2 1/2yrs. The staff is amazing. Anytime I have had a question, or needed a quote quickly, they have replied in a timely manner and are super knowledgeable. If asked for budget friendly options that look like a different product, they have always been quick to reply and send slab pictures. When problems have come up they have addressed the issue and we have worked together to resolve the issue with a professional approach. I highly recommend working with them. You won't be disappointed.

We were very happy with the friendly and professional service we received from Graniteworx. From answering all our questions, measuring for the template, to the clean and tidy installation. We were even able to see a full slab of the quartz making it easier to make a final decision. We highly recommend them.

I had Ice White granite installed in my kitchen and bathrooms. The staff and installers are very professional and the cuts of stone were very precise. Service from purchase to installation was also very fast. I would definitely recommend Graniteworx.

I purchased quartz countertops for my bathrooms through Lowe's. Granitworx is the company that Lowe's uses to supply countertops. The overall experience was positive. Everyone at the company was pleasant, professional and easy to work with. I'm happy with the quality of my countertops. This is a picture from the ensuite bathroom. The next step is the tiling. Completely unprofessional supplier. Do not use them for ANY project. Unprofessional service, poor communication and nasty sales person inTeneil. I was in store four weeks ago looking to replace two small countertops in one of several owned rental properties. Salesperson wasn't in, but a polite enough counter service person was able to take down all my countertop measurements, show me material in the showroom as well as remenents in the warehouse, which a couple of suitable peices were selected and took my contact information. I was informed the salesperson would be in later that day and respond back that afternoon or early next week. Several weeks later, ZERO response! I called to follow up, and the salesperson Teneil was rude, DID NOT APOLOGISE for not returning my call within reasonable time frame, DID NOT APOLOGISE for misplacing the countertop measurements and phone contact number. Did tell me that she will not sell me any remenents for money as instead they only give them to farmers! I asked if she wanted to provide their business service for a vacant rental ready to go for countertop replacement, she said did not! I plan to share this experience with as many other real estate professionals in my networking circle as possible, as this business obviously isn't in business to provide service TO ANYONE, unless you are a farmer.

We had quartz counter tops with backsplash’s ana island with two waterfalls installed, the craftsmanship is questionable. It was explained to us they use a computer program to matches the veins in the quartz and a water jet CNC router makes it possible. The product was installed over multiple weeks. Then the staff told us matching veins in the quartz is too difficult and wastes too much. To fix the questionable workmanship we would be charge an additional $4180.

We are very happy with our new quartz counter tops. The experience was great, right from Shauna in the office who shared information & answered all our questions, lining up the tech to do the template & the crew to do the installation. Everything was done on time, the counter tops fit perfectly. We would like to thank the crew for respecting Covid regulations wearing mask, maintaining physical distance & keeping things clean. We had granite installed at the beginning of December 2018. From beginning to end, the customer service was exceptional! Dealing with Ken in their showroom was a pleasure. The gentleman who measured was nothing short of highly professional! And the installers were courteous, clean, and efficient. We have had granite installed in a previous kitchen and this one by Graniteworx was truly excellent and surpassed the competition! I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

We have dealt twice now with Graniteworx and both times have been extremely happy with their product and service. The quartz counters we ordered for both our kitchen and bathroom were just what we wanted. Also, the installation team were friendly, knowledgable and quick. Both jobs were done in no time.
