I recently heard about Caster Town via a recommendation from a customer at another store. Not only did Caster Town have the parts that I needed, which I could not find at any of the other 4 stores I'd visited prior, but they also provided really exceptional customer service. I will definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you for the positive and helpful shopping experience!
My very old second and piano was missing a caster wheel so in search for a replacement I came here. The gentleman who helped was was very kind, helpful, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. We found a replacement that while not exact the piano is ancient so I am not surprised it works perfectly for me. I would gladly come here again for the customer service alone, very nice guys.

I was thrilled with the selection of chair glides and accessories. It's not just caster's at Caster Town. Carts, trolleys, casters and things you can't find at the hardware store. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of parking and easy to find on the Yellowhead
These guys have helped me out with parts for my bedroom furniture more than once! They are very approachable, knowledgeable and friendly too.

Excited about castors like I am!? This is the place. Big castors, little castors. Different coloured castors. Castors that go in different directions! You need to be more excited about castors and check this place out! Plus my wife and son got free castor key chains! Exciting!
