Welcome to small town feeling in the big city. Lots of interesting shops and restaurants. While street parking is at a premium there is a large parkade hiding behind the shops on the north side and more parking off of 24 Avenue behind the shops on the south side. Worth while to check out with plenty of eateries in the neighbourhood.

The layout is convenient and easy to navigate, with plenty of parking available. The atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxed, making it a great place to spend the day shopping, dining, and enjoying time with friends and family. The customer service in the stores is consistently excellent, with friendly and helpful staff ready to assist. The clean, well-maintained environment adds to the overall pleasant experience. Pretty cool area. I went there, I checked out the RW CO, Old Navy, Indigo, and Sephora. Pretty nice and clean, and I went to blaze pizza. Overall nice shopping area.
A great choice of shops and services. Grandview Animal Hospital takes care of our fuzzbutts heath, and I get lost in Indigo for hours.nMy financial institution is there as well.
