Grandshire Estates Sales

Not a good place to live. Looks nice but doesn't have that Fowlerville charm to it. Some of the residents are not good people to be raising your children around. Alot of domestic violence in here.

Really sweet park manager, park is clean with mostly elderly and kids not so much trailer park riff raff. Good place to live.

No manager on duty, no one to inquire about the place.terrible place to do business with . I think this community needs a new manager that can multi task. You will be wasting your time and gas going back and forth. You call the office and leave a message ,no return calls. Office is dead!!!

Paid the application fee and never even got a follow-up phone call about it.

I went in to see if they had trailers for rent since the manger seems to always be busy and never returns phone calls. When i got there Michelle "the manager" was VERY rude and began yelling and even swearing at me. While i was there i spoke with 2 residents who claimed that she never answers their calls either. This is absolutely NO way tenants and possible future tenants deserve to be treated. Corporate seriously needs to get a new manager, someone professional that actually wants to do their job and cares about their residents!!! I would NEVER move here or recommend this place to anyone!
