First time receiving treatment, Dr. Rashad and team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. He was able to identify the source of discomfort and treat it, will definitely be going back. Make sure you check out Farzaana as well, great massage, had recurring pain in my shoulders, after seeing her haven’t felt better!

When I walked through the door I was greeted with a friendly smile and a generous welcome. Farzaana was very professional and gave me quite the overall but, was a much needed step in the right direction of getting me back to optimal health. My husband also visited the clinic for the first time this week and had a pleasant experience as well. I saw Dr. Rashaad for the first time this week, and will be returning for regular sessions. He was very kind, informative and ensured I was comfortable and understood what he was talking about. I had acupuncture done for the first time and will continue with as many sessions needed to help improve hopefully heal my carpel tunnel. I also saw Farzaana for a deep tissue massage which I have never done. She worked on my many problem areas I sit at a desk all day long, helping to release knots and loosen tight areas within my hips/back/shoulders and neck. I will definitely be returning to her occasionally, too. She also has a great sense of humour and loves dogs.

Great experience at FIT Clinic. Dr. Rashaad is extremely professional and knowledgeable. My back problem was resolved only after a few appointments. He's also been great with my daughter. She dances and the physio and acupuncture has been helping a lot. Will definitely be using in the future for myself and my family. Highly recommend this place.

This was my first time ever receiving any sort of treatment for my issues. The Dr. was awesome, very thorough and explained everything in detail as to what sort of treatment I needed. The music in the office was pretty awesome too!
