Core Restore Physiotherapy + Pelvic Health

This was my first time doing any type of physio and I can honestly say that it was such a great experience. The team at Core Restore are very professional, welcoming and dedicated. The front administration support staff are personable and I was always greeted with a warm welcome each visit which made me feel valued and comfortable — especially coming into my very first visit. I also appreciated that my appointments were always on time and never rushed. Jessica did an incredible job of not just assessing and attending to my physiotherapy needs but also providing me with the tools to help me confidently reach my goals once my sessions ended. She thoroughly answered all of my questions along the way and fostered an environment of trust early on which helped me to feel comfortable and reassured. I was nervous going into my first appointment but I can truly say that they are a great team of professionals that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I saw Dr. Michelle last week and wow, absolutely amazing. She is thorough and super informative. She ensures you understand what she is saying too! Her receptionist is absolutely lovely! My babysitter cancelled and I had to bring my 2 kids age 1&3. She set them up with toys and played with them for the entire duration of my appointment! Now that's amazing customer service! 10/10!!!!

The staff at Core Restore have been great to work with. From the front desk to the physiotherapists I am well cared for! I have so appreciated Emily’s expertise on several occasions for both an acute injury but also the consistent and ongoing care to help me keep my physical health and strength a priority!

Emily was able to give us answers for our son that we had been searching for for 2 years. He was struggling with some mobility issues, we had sought help from many different avenues osteopathic, chiropractoric, doctors all of whom could not find a root for the restrictions. My mother’s heart knew we needed to keep looking. After his first appointment with Emily he was able to run uphill and climb to the top of a climber for the for the first time on his own. Age 4 The joy on his face “I can actually run mom” The body is meant to work well and Emily is very good at identifying and correcting the imbalances. - A very grateful Mama
