Grains of Montana Restaurant & Bakery features the finest in freshly baked artisan breads, pastries, gourmet sandwiches and stone oven pizzas, all made from the Spring Wheat flour grown and harvested in the fields of our 15,000 acre family farm in Nashua, Montana. One reason our baked goods are prized by our customers is that the dough is allowed to ferment for a long period of time to reach optimal flavor. No shortcuts are taken in this bakery.
We are a “fast-casual” restaurant with an upscale comfortable all-American décor. From the time the doors open, people are stopping in for a steaming cup of rich coffee and one of Grains’ signature breakfasts and surfing on our free Wi-Fi network.
