I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I hope to never need them again but if something ever happens than I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. When I first contacted Gowland Boriss I was very apprehensive because I felt helpless. Within a very short period of time David reassured me that I had the potential to be successful with my suit but that it would be a long process. David was very forthcoming about my chances, what to expect and what not to expect. He advised me to bunker down and hold on because it wasn’t going to be something that happened overnight. He explained that I would be denied at first for my CCP disability claim but that we’d file an appeal that could take as long as two years to resolve. Everything happened just the way he explained it except CPP settled 16 months sooner than I thought they would. Maggie who helped with the claim was unbelievable. With her efforts I received retroactive pay and an apology for not approving me in the first place. The best thing about working with the firm was their availability. I could call any day and I didn’t have to wait days for a return call. They were very good about calling back, usually the same day. If I had questions and needed an appointment to see David they’d accommodate me very quickly. They made a difficult process very easy. It was just effortless and there wasn’t a lot of stress involved. I had a suit with the dealership which was responsible for the accident. Then I had my CPP disability claim and also had to fight my employer to get my LTD. They went to bat for me on all three occasions and were successful each time. I suffer from chronic migraines and will have them for the rest of my life. I wasn’t getting anywhere with the dealership as they were hiding things from my insurance company and the police. I decided then and there that I wasn’t going to let them walk all over me and that’s why I hired David. I needed to protect myself and my family because I was the major breadwinner. I'm glad I decided to hire Gowland Boriss.

Gowland, Boris were very professional , spoke to me so I understood . I always felt I was a priority to them. Were very honest about everything. David Becket and associates were always there when I called. If they did not know they found out and got back to me by email and phone. David came to the house after my accident to make sure I had what I needed. I did not !! David and associates took over talking to the insurance company Even after all was done they have helped me finalize other thinks from the accident. I would recommend Gowland, Boris to everyone .
