This is a nice and big park, has 2 specially designed children playgrounds . There is a skateboard court, basketball court and a soccer field. Lots of tables , chairs and branches ! Lots of parking , and it's at the back of the Angus Glen Community Centre, people can use the washroom there .
Padded playground floor and well maintained park. There are plenty of benches nearby for the adults to rest and watch over their kiddos. The past couple of times I went there, I did not have trouble finding parking space - there are tons next to the park and surrounding area. Restrooms can be found within the Angus Glen community centre, which is a couple mins walk from the park. The park could get busy at times, but it's big enough to accommodate a lot of kids.
April 2022 4 Located right beside Angus Glen community center and Library, this easily accessible park is close within the community. Featuring two different playgrounds for younger and older children, a basketball area, mini skate park, water play area and a soccer field, this park has a lot of amenities. The playground is an rubber turf and features several climbing structures, swings and interactive games. The water area features waterfall streams, and water which shoots from the ground up. A public washroom is available during the warmer seasons. Good amount of parking. Bus accessible.
This park is a hidden gem! I have always drove by Angus Glen Community Centre, but I didn't know there is such a new and modern park located right behind the community centre. My parents were the ones who told me about it and it didn't disappoint. There are plenty of parking spots. The park is so new and it's huge. It has a playground at the front mainly for toddlers and little kids. Then there is another playground gears towards bigger kids who are 8-12 years old. There is also a soccer field, then the basketball court along with the skateboard section. The best part? The middle section has tons of benches, high tables and stools and it's a good resting area. The elevated slope of the park provides a great view of the Angus Glen Golf Course located right beside this park. I enjoy this park very much! Highly recommend it!
This is an excellent and new outdoor space for children of all ages. This location has playground for Toddlers in one area and at the back is more challenging playground meant for older children. In between the two playgrounds there is splash-pad triggered by motion during the summer days. There is plenty of outdoor space for families to spend outdoor times with their children and enjoy the nice weather. In the same complex there is two half-court for basketball and skateboard park. Next to the playground is the soccer field and indoor tennis court. One thing that is not know to many people is the park is expected to be closed between 11pm to 6am as posted and as usual no alcohol consumption while in the park.
it is a beautiful park near the Angus Glen Community Center. It has lot of facilities. Lot of seating areas and a great view to the golf course.
New and modern park right behind Angus Glen community Center, equipped with multiple playgrounds suitable for different age groups. There is water splash pad too. Good for kids play date and parents to hang out too.
This is a good park for familys, expecilly with little ones. There are 3 seperate playgrounds, one for each age group, A splash pad, basket ball hoops and plenty of seating. I would have given the place 5 stars except for 2 things, 1 not enough shade and 2 in the mornings the dog owners in the nightbough hood don't respect the splash pad that is ment for kids. They turn on the water and let their dogs drink and play in the splash pad and then let their dogs piss in the bushes by seating area.
The park has variety of things for kids to play. It also has some water sprays for fun. Another asset is that the park is covered with soft mats instead of sand, which is good.
Some ppl was washing dog at waterplay and scared kids away!
