The staff were really friendly. Shout out to the security guard who said hello to everyone!! Found some nice outdoor fabric for $2.
Dropped of some stuff at the donation centre and heard someone yelling I asked the employee helping me and she said it was the manager. The manager was yelling at the staff to hurry up and was being extremely rude. The manager needs to at least be disciplined but In my opinion should be fired. The tall woman helping me was so kind and helpful.
This place was great and very fun getting Christmas decorations for a family member. The people inside are always ready to lend a hand with bigger furniture and the customers are always nice to chat with I spent 100$ for all my items.my elderly friend was very happy and pleased with the transformation. Thank you staff for your help and kindness!! Merry Christmas
They must get a lot of shoplifting here because the security presence is strong. I had 8 items for the change room instead of the allowed 6 so the girl told me to hang the extra on the door. I felt like a criminal as she hovered and watched me swap them out after trying them on I almost hit her with the door on one occasion as she was literally standing right outside it. I also took longer to try them on, which seemed to annoy her greatly. Not sure if I’ll be back as it was an extremely awkward shopping experience. Some of the prices are also quite high, like $25 for a worn Lululemon tank top.
I'm certain you would like their amazing selection of clothes here. I got a few nice shirts and also two books because I found them interesting and I got curious looking at them. Their customer service was good too and the prices were very affordable so I recommend going to this place soon!
Great experience. Michelle met me outside as I drove up and helped me unpack my donations. She was pleasant and helpful. It's nice to have a place to be able to recycle items rather than have them thrown out.
I've been donating quite a few items lately and am very impressed with the staff. In particular, Oona is always incredibly friendly and cheerful.
This place is Ok , but security ,the way they look so inappropriate.feel like did something and they always follow u. Not even cops do like this Stupid atmosphere
I witnessed short lady was told she is store manager yelling at security guard , they told me she is the manager of the store ,she is beyond rude and i feel she needs to kind also to customers , she has no merci if she feels like she could swear at u etc , what kind of a manager does that , is she some sort of sycho who forgot there meds at home :
