I booked the appointment to know about the gym and membership. But the day when I showed up, I got to know that the person is occupied and can't attend. This really went downhill as then whats the point of the appointment. Right? But then comes Kassey who took the situation in her hands and took time to address me and my friends. She told us about the gym and membership. She was thorough in her stuff and despite being the only one available at the front desk she managed the time perfectly and answered to our queries. The customer service skills of Kassey is top notch. She definitely defused the situation and made us get the membership. That's what good customer service skills can do.Kuddos to Kassey. Management should have more staff like her.

Pros - Electrical dry sauna, shower booth, clean environments, focused and welcoming gym members, anf the staffs. Good parking lot and location. Nice open space. Towel service. Tanning bed. Massage chairs and water jet massage bed. Fitness classes.  Cons - Sauna set temp could be a little higher.  One of the best gyms in town.

The only gym in Prince George that is not open on stat holidays.in response … when GoodLife first opened personal trainers, fitness classes, workers interacting with guests, great hours. Now nothing

I enjoy all the equipment at this gym. Staff is friendly and all that kind of stuff. The hours are outrageous. It is NOT a 24 hour gym like it says it is. It closes before any other gym in Prince George. Is the ONLY GYM CLOSED during long weekend holidays. In my opinion the hours of a gym is most important to the paying member. Very disappointed and will be relocating to a gym with better hours and a gym who stands by their advertising.

Great facility, good equipment and great staff. I'll gladly change my rating to five stars when the hours get put back to late. I joined under the impression that it would follow the lifting of the covid restrictions but the gym is still mostly useless to me on weekdays.  Edit: after talking to the manager i was able to get a solid date for the extended hours as well as pausing my account until that time. Thank you again for the quick and easy response.

This gym is huge ! Tanning , hydro massage bed , and massage chairs in the front ! Sauna in the charge rooms ! Friendly helpful staff and can book thru app for Covid !

Staff doesn’t know anything, no classes and it’s not 24/7 This gym is absolutely ridiculous AND THEY DO CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE

The cleanest, most organized gym I've been to.

Unreliable hours,  unless you have nothing better to do but work around there hours,  find an actual 24 hour gym
