I made a visit to this location mid way through the winter. Beyond the ice and snow outside the location was beautiful. The staff was amazing and polite, greeting everyone with big smiles. I was able to sit down with the AGM, Dorothy. She was wonderful. I will definitely be returning there for my everyday workouts. Highly recommend this club for anyone who wants a lovely team to support and move you.
As an athlete who has trained at gyms across North America, I can confidently say this gym stands out from the rest. The facility is always impeccably clean, which I really appreciate. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere that makes working out enjoyable. The overall vibe is great - it's clear that both the staff and other members are passionate about fitness. I look forward to my workouts here and would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a top-notch fitness experience.
Jenn’s Saturday combat class at GoodLife is always a highlight of the week! Her spirited and enthusiastic approach keeps everyone engaged, and the energy in the room is incredible. Jenn has a knack for making the workout fun with her great sense of humor—her jokes always bring a smile, even during the toughest sets.
I signed up for personal training in 2023 of SeptembernBriefly met Jody when I signed up. We connected shortly after via phone call. Worked out a schedule, for 5am mornings.nJody is a trainer that is conscientious of injuries, that I have from soccer, and currently playing soccer.nYou can’t let it by her, she pays attention to your form, and the strength you are pulling with each rep.nShe was always able to accommodate the workouts based off what was hurting, or prior injuries.nWe would be planning to do upper, but due to pains we’d switch it up.nShe has a library of workouts in her mind and is always able to put a great circuit together, especially when on the fly.nI appreciate her attention to detail, and what I was looking for, and to gain with our training sessions.nMy back definition is noticeable, I got compliments when I wore a low back dress to a wedding.nHighly recommend Jody for a personal trainer.
I've been training with Robert for several months now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Robert has taught me how to deadlift, squat, and perform many other exercises with the correct form and modifications when needed. For example, he showed me different ways to grip the bar to match my strength and comfort. When I experienced some discomfort in my lower back, he was quick to adjust the exercises on the fly, always ensuring that the movements felt comfortable and safe.nnI’ve enjoyed EVERY single session with Robert. He’s an attentive listener and a fantastic trainer who genuinely cares about his clients' progress and well-being. If I weren't leaving the country to teach abroad, I would've 100% continued training with Robert.nnHighly recommend!
