Great gym. Better than a lot of Goodlifes. Truly 24/7, you can walk in any time and it will be clean and ready except change rooms/bathrooms
Decent gym, if you want a reliable place to work out and you don't need any super fancy equipment it's a good option. Cheap and open 24/7.nnDownsides are that the machines don't get fixed quickly when broken, if you want a gym where you can shower it might not be the cleanest, and the gym itself is in a basement with no windows and it's pretty small and very compact when busy. Staff are pretty useless too and literally do nothing, I feel like it's not the cleanest gym.
Great gym for the price!nAll the equipment you need and it’s actually 24/7 . The manager is great & the staff are very helpful. I always see the manager and staff cleaning and they are always friendly and smiling
I've been going to the gym here for over a year and it's a great experience, Open 24/7 is a real benefit and the place is kept very clean.
This gym is ok for value and for equipment but the environment is off putting. It's a bunch of gym guys sitting on machines and not working out. Their conversations tend to be degrading to women sounds like they are all there for ego boosts from.each other than they are to actually work out. As a female I stopped going because I got tired of listening to guys brag about how many girls they were.going to hook up with that weekend or how many they did...
