GoodLife Fitness Centres

Just another gym really. It is really on par with other Goodlife locations. The only thing lacking here is space. This is understandable, considering it is in a tight plaza, but the space is well laid out. From my experience so far: there is a perfect people to equipment ratio at this location, and the weights are ALWAYS organized; something that is not done at other gyms. This also speaks to the people using the gym. Keep up the good work!

Iv'e been too many GoodLife Centres across the GTA area, and I must say this is by far one of the top on my list. Its very clean, bright lights, free parking, and a good setup overall. The weights aren't laying around everywhere, people actually put their equipment back, LIKE IT SHOULD BE! I wished the GoodLife locations that I usually go to back home were more like this one. Big change room, clean, showers are good. Will visit again next time I'm in Niagara area.

I've been to many Goodlifes in Ontario and this one is very well managed! Great staff, equipment, instructors.
