Well the challenge is over but the change is just beginning. It has been a eye opening experience. I need to thank Josh Green Jessica Ann Melody Cosby and Matt Dempsey for all there support and awesome workouts. 
I would have never though I would loss 45.7 lbs  in a year never mind 6 weeks. I love the support you get from others at the gym it is like a big fitness family. There is NO intimidation like you get at a lot of other gyms. Everyone is really friendly.

My first experience with GoFitness Niagara was during the 6-week weight loss challenge. I met my 20lb weight loss goal (losing 21lbs in the course of 6 weeks!) and I feel great! This program has taught me the benefits of eating healthy and remaining active. I enjoyed every single class. I was also fortunate enough to have multiple classes with each trainer. 

Every class I attended of Josh’s brought so much intensity, he’s a beast! He showed me how I can push and strive for bigger and better reps. 
Jessica, for someone so tiny, you are a powerhouse! Every class I went to had me feeling sweaty and so satisfied. 
Melody is so fun & outgoing! Her group workouts were a blast and I always left so happy. 
Matt’s dance fitness classes had me feeling so much more confident with myself. He has such a great personality and made everyone (including my 5 year old who attended dance fitness) feel so welcome. 

I was taught to push myself instead of moaning, complaining and giving up. This program was exactly the ‘kick’ and motivation I needed. I’m so happy to have had this experience and meet all the wonderful people I have along the way!

This gym has your best interest at heart. Your not merely a number. You are joining a fit family, that will have your back a few encourage you to be the best you. I have been with Josh at go fitness Niagara for almost a decade (on and off)  and his will always be my go to gym. Super proud of what you have accomplished Josh Green! Thank you for all the motivation ❤️

I just completed the 6 week challenge, and crushed it!  This has been my very first experience in a gym of any kind, and I could not have picked a better place to start.  The staff is so supportive and knowledgeable, and everyone makes it feel like a big family there!  I am so proud of myself for taking a chance and losing 20+ lbs in 6 weeks and am so excited to return in the new year and keep at it!  If you're on the fence, just go... first workout is free!

Feeling down about your weight? So was I.    Unfortunatly after my baby was born I   couldnt lose the baby belly. GFN challenge kicked my butt into gear. With the help of Josh's team I was able to lose 22 pounds. Obviously it took work but it was worth it. Seriously consider GFN for your gym! Im  so happy with my weight loss results. Thanks :)
