This is a really amazing place. Dan, the owner, is a wonderful, talented and determined human being. Our kids learn a lot from all the Senseis there. It's not too pricey and you can go for 3 month increments! My kids love it. They've gotten stronger, more disciplined and have a bit more sense of self esteem and courage. I highly suggest this if you're looking for a sport for your little one OR YOURSELF!!

If you are wanting to learn the foundations and build your knowledge of martial arts this is the place to go!! I have been doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Goodfellows now for 3 years and feel like I am part of a family and the workout can’t be beat!! As a woman I can’t emphasize the importance of self-defence and having a safe environment to train is so important! Dan is so knowledgeable as he has been doing all types of Martial Arts for decades. I am always amazed watching him teach each move with ease and constantly able to instruct and adapt to different scenarios. He is a phenomenal Sensei!

Dan is very knowledgeable, personable And wonderful with children. The kids have a blast at his matt mice class and many of Dan’s clients and students have been with him for years, a very family oriented environment.

Goodfellow's has taught my kids discipline, respect, self defense and so much more! They are always looking forward to going to class. They are incredible and patient with the kids. One of the best decisions I have done was sign my kids up for Jiu Jitsu. They are now apart of an incredible new family.

If your looking to take your health to the next level not just Physically but Mentally and you have a serious Goal and Commitment to change then this is the place for you. I have tried a few other places and when it comes to Weight Training and Personal training this has been AAAA++++++ Dan has been able to mentor and coach me how to push myself to limits I never thought I could reach. Not only does he know what he is doing, not only is he an amazing coach he also walks the talk!!!! You won't find any better Personal Trainer then Dan PERIOD!!!!!!

Great spot for BJJ. Athleticism Technique and Competition all combined into a rock solid class. Come out and give it a try

My opinion may be slightly biased but Goodfellows Family Martial Arts is a great learning environment with lots of friendly faces and to work with and it is truly a pleasure learning and working with my Dad :
