I asked to cancel my membership in July of 2020, was given a form to my own mistake didn't actually read it and was told my membership would be canceled. Fast forward 8 months well I'm deployed overseas and I start getting charged monthly fees, when I got home I tried to get this issue sorted out. Employees consistency gave me the run around and didn't return calls. A women names Katie was the most helpful where her management failed. I politely got told I could receive no money back and to have a great day please, go to Goodlife or the YMCA, not customer friendly and most of the employees have excuses rather than results.
I've belonged to Anytime Fitness for over 5 years and have used many locations in different states due to my travels. This is the best gym I have been in. The staff are friendly and not pushy. The gym is kept very clean, including hard to reach areas by the dumbell racks. This gym even adds new equipment and keeps current equipment in top shape.
There are approximately 1 billion trillion stars in the observable universe and if I could I would give every single one to Owen Sound Anytime Fitness, but unfortunately Google will only allow 5. I have nothing but LOVE for this place! The staff are very friendly and knowledgable, the facility is always clean, excellent equipment, great atmosphere - overall just the place where you want to be! I started my journey over a year ago here and I will forever continue my journey with Anytime Fitness! Thank you.
Anytime member from another province, visited this gym while in town. Clean, open, and a good variety of equipment. The staff were incredibly nice and accomodating to me and my guest.
Not busy and nice staff. Great if you like small gym but also has lots of equipment that's up to date
Was employed under basil and Linda great people wouldn't have been the same with different kinds they r awesome friendly and help people when In need, good people all around if u want a good atmosphere filled with funny up beat people to workout with this ur place no room for cockiness or meat heads just fun lol Gary jk... Great guy as well can't miss him love u guys doing well in Barrie and niarga drop in soon to show yas how it's done!!!
