Kim & Lan are the most polite and cheerful people I ever met. They make sure you’re comfortable. I’ve been going to them for the last 4 years for my haircut and they’ve never failed to impress.

Booked the last appointment of the day for 5:30 pm and we were on time. After 20 minutes of waiting she advised she was running behind because her sister wasn't in that day. Said it would be another 20 minutes. Not acceptable to make customers wait this long, if you know you're running 40 minutes behind, a call to customers would be appreciated. Not going back

Today I went to this salon for the first time. I am really impressed with the cut Kim gave me. I told her that I have seen good reviews on google for your salon so I came to you. She asked me what kind of cut I want and I showed her a photo on my phone. She did the same cut. I am so impressed. Thank you Kim.  They are following all the protocols in the  pandemic. So be carefree wear your mask and go for haircut but do not forget to take appointment first. They are mostly busy.

I was looking for a new hair dresser and decided to give this hair salon a try since it was 2 blocks away from my house. I had Kim cut my hair and she did a very good job. I love my layered hair. She listened to how I wanted my hair, gave suggestion and took her time to cut my hair making sure it was even etc . She was friendly as well and I felt comfortable. Her and her sister that works there does a great job. Great prices.They are always busy so make sure to make an appointment. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely be going back and I have recommended to my family as well .

Kim was the first person to cut my hair and until I see reason otherwise she will always have my business. I have been coming here for 15+ years and not once have I had a negative experience. Everyone has always been very attentive when cutting my hair and they always make sure I am happy with how it's done. I always get compliments on my hair cut and have had  numerous people ask me where I got it done. Good Looks cannot be recommended enough. Just make sure to book in advance

I like trying different hairstyles since my hair grows quickly, but through the years I've been cautious in getting my hair cut since so many hair dressers are below average in skills.  It can be painful sporting a bad uneven hair cut for days that can definitely lower one's self-esteem!  I heard about Good Look from my best buddies whom for many years have been going to Kim the owner for their hair cut and I've  met other customers who are the same, now that speaks a lot about their service! What I like about this salon is that Kim and her sister Lan are exceptionally skilled, they listen, they follow instructions  and they're affordable too!  Now that is great  customer service and then some because Kim will give beauty enhancing suggestions, advice and tips that so far has always complimented my look each time.  I highly recommend you try them! Cheers!

Gave her a second chance to do my sons hari.went home to realizes it was crooked. Missing chunk on one side. Know his callock in the back is standing up.

Thanks Again Kim for another great haircut!  I have been going to Good Look Hair Design almost since Kim opened.  A great place to get your hair cut, colored or styled! :-  Nice comfortable atmosphere, good casual conversation or if you just want to sit back and relax you can do that too.  I have had my hair cut by a number of stylist and have found them all to be friendly, courteous and polite.  Definitely going back and recommend Good Look Hair Design to all my neighbors!
