Good Doctors Peterborough

Admittedly, the wait time was close to 1 hour + 45, however, when I did meet with the nurse practitioner she was extremely thorough and was able to diagnose and resolve my concerns. Highly recommend visiting this clinic over the walk-in at Lansdowne Place as I was told the wait time was close to 3+ hours to see the doctor on the same day.

Thought it was a little ridiculous that the nurse practitioner decided to go on break with two patients waiting over lunch hour. We sat and waited 20 minutes while she sat on her phone in the back. I guess her time was more important than ours. Very unprofessional. I think if you are well and at work, and you have only 2 patients that are obviously sick left to see, you push out your break and see the patients. That’s the right thing to do. I’ll never come back to this clinic.

Does not do: TB testing, immunizations or booster imminizations, ear flushes, full physicals including pap tests and prostate exams, driver's medicals, ODSP forms, controlled substances prescriptions or renewals, prescriptions for allergy injections, or anything with children under the age of four months. Is located in the back of Remedy's RX. Nurses are great, and essentially you skype with the doctor, whoever is available. Be prepared to wait.

First time I went they were closed when online it said they were open for another hour. The second time I came an hour and half before closing only to find out they were not taking any more clients (only 1 other person was there). Very dissapointed and will not try coming here again.

Not the worse, not the greatest. Arrived at 11:40 am (They open at 10:00 am) was seen at almost 3:00 pm. ( to be noted 4 people were ahead of me). Wait time always varies and it comes down to different factors, however, there is no check-in desk and only 1 nurse, which adds to those factors. The nurse took a quick 15 mins break for lunch and she looked really tired. The nurse was really nice and I felt a bit rushed by the 'Tele-doctor'. I wish there was a check-in desk and more than 1 nurse. On the good side, the nurse did recommend an alternate location In Enimosre and specified there was no client there currently.
