Gonoe Sushi

A great family friendly restaurant. It actually gets really busy so it's recommended to make a reservation. The food is always good a bit pricey tho and they have some unique rolls and tempura items. It was also a pleasant surprise when we saw they cut up our roll into 10 pieces because we came as a party of 5 as opposed to 8 pieces. The only thing is their sashimi boat selection wasn't that good this time as it was mainly just salmon and tuna. Overall, it's a nice place with great service and a warm atmosphere

Great food and service! Atmosphere is nice and the serving staff are so pleasant I find this super rare nowadays at sushi places. Everything we got was yummy! Only reason for the one star less is the food is a tad bit expensive for sushi BUT great quality.

Great find! A nice little sushi place with lots of parking! Friendly staff and the restaurant is clean. Our food was fresh and the portions were great. We would come back if we were in the area!

Probably some of the best sushi I have ever had in my life. A beautiful, cozy restaurant with great prices and unmatched quality. I’d go back every day if I could. This was the sushi boat for 2 don’t remember the exact name. Every single thing was delicious. The service is very friendly. I adore it here. Thank you for making my birthday so special, Gonoe!!!

Popular with the weekday lunch crowd. Sushi was fresh and menu was expansive. Booths and photos gave a nice, home-y touch in an otherwise industrial area. Service was standard went on a weekend. Overall slightly pricey.

Food quality is average for the price they charged. Sea weed for sushi is soft. I was expecting to be crunchy I would go somewhere else if we are paying this price.

I was by myself trying to grab something fresh as a snack before the gym. I ordered two rolls … one of them being a California roll… I took one bite and politely asked if it has ingredients that possibly went bad. It didn’t not taste good. She came back said it was good and that it was only my taste preference that was the problem… I ordered 32$ worth of sushi and only ate three hand rolls. The bill came with the roll I did not eat … I asked why she charged me for that 6$ and she said because I still ordered it and it was just my opinion of taste meaning … I’m wrong and she’s right… I wouldn’t ever go back. I paid for the order in full and left the table full.

This is one of the best Japanese restaurants serving incredible, delicious and healthy food. I totally recommend it. The atmosphere is nice and the waiting time is short. The staff is friendly.

That was extremely disappointing. I got a basic roll and it was pretty expensive, 12 dollars. I thought portions or quality might have been better. Well I was wrong. I got a tiny roll with the salmon skimped out on and the smallest dollop of cream cheese. The roll didn't taste any different either in terms of quality compared to cheaper sushi places. Not that you could taste anything much other than cucumber and rice since they made sure to save on the salmon and cream cheese.

Sashimi was fresh and servers were friendly. They also served us fried dumplings from the house while waiting.
