Golden Thai

Shrimp red curry is gluten free and delicious. Plenty of good sized shrimp, sauce leans a bit sweet but portion size and food quality is great. Great prices for what you get!

For the price, location and speed this is absolutely the best bang for your buck. They are extremely fast and they give you heaping portions. The flavor is good too. Not the best I've eaten but if you're in the area it's a pretty good deal. My friend found it to be too saucy for him but I thought it was good. Pad Thai is a bit on the sweet side but it's personal preference. I'm not a stickler on traditional tastes

Working in Tunney’s Pasture, Golden Thai has become the go to place for lunch. The service is always quick and friendly. The portion size is decent. If there was one drawback and this is just taste is that my ‘go to dish’ of General Tao is a little on the sweet side. I do enjoy that I’m able to get it ‘very, very, very spicy.

They are fast, efficient, and offer great food for a very reasonable price! I had the pad thai and I have to say it was probably the most authentic dish I've had in all of Ottawa. And a very large portion too!

I frequently eat Veg Fried Rice. But I feel somehow, the quality is going downhill. Today I found pieces of fish/meat not sure in my rice. I called them to let them know, but they didn't seem to understand what I was complaining about!!! probably thought its a good thing to get meat in the food, but not for a vegetarian or people with diet restrictions!!!

The food got quite poor when ownership changed, but it's improving gradually so still worth going once in a while. The one cook left from the old management, if you're lucky enough to get him, is still fine. They seem to want to improve things and mistakes/poor food is becoming less common.

Great portion, fast service, good price. I tried their general Taos chicken, and while the above was all great, and the texture of the chicken was great, the sauce had a weird flavour to it I couldn't quite put my finger on. It wasn't overpowering, but it was definitely something I was not used to.

Fast food Thai. Convenient fresh food served quickly and not very pricey. Not bad however I was warned away from spicy by the staff so I asked for medium spicy and the food was somewhat bland which was a bit disappointing.

Food is on the sweeter side, generous portions, fast service and takes credit cards

Really good pineapple chicken fried rice ask for very spicy!
