Don’t pay any attention to the previous low review. Golden Lock and Key were prompt, pleasant to deal with, but most importantly fixed my door that another company couldn’t. The other company took a screw driver and hammer to my door even after I expressly told him it couldn’t be damaged, then proceeded to tell me I would have to have the lock drilled out and replaced with a hefty price tag. After seeking a second opinion, I’m so glad I chose Golden Lock and Key! He had me into my apartment in less than 5 minutes and even cut me an extra key. Life Saver!

Neither lock or key was golden. Very disappointing.
