The food is great. Our favorite time is going after 4 PM because they serve steak. Lunch time is good too. I love their ranch dressing & gravy & mashed potatoes. Many choices for salads, entrées, sides, & desserts. This place is buffet style so its great to plate your own food choices & portions. Their seating is comfortable & spacious. Only downfall is that at lunch time there is too many pork options & not enough other meat options.
New location Maurice's has taking over old building. A little hassle to get too but we made it. Great selection of meats, combo dishes, excellent salad bar and dessert Station. My Family and I found an excellent place to sit and enjoy our meal in -4% weather right in front of there fireplace. Check it out you wont be disappointed. Kid-friendliness: It seems as thou the dessert are well arranged and easily accessible for children 7 and up.
Decent variety of food, salad bar plentiful, food always warm, variety of desserts, several seafood options, pork & beef good quality. Clean facility, very attentive & friendly servers. Manager of store really keeps a good operation.
Friendly attentive staff. GREAT price point. Seafood salad, Broccoli salad, Fried Fish and Fried Chicken which always seems under stocked are my favorites. Got the app and make sure I collect my points. Definitely plan to continue eating here.Food: 4/5
The food wasn't good. A lot of it was made wrong. Some undercooked. It was at opening time too! Don't plan on going backFood: 2/5
This is one of the better Golden Corrals I have been to. The food tasted pretty good and seemed freshly prepared and there's lots of options to choose from. The staff are very friendly and do the best they can with making sure drinks are refilled right away and dishes are removed from the table.Food: 5/5
The quality is lacking at this Golden Corral. The pot roast was non existent the entire time I was there, they just left it empty with nothing but a few scraps on veggies in the pan. Lots of dry, crusty pans throughout the buffet. Lots of pans left out with very little product in them. Something was wrong with the rolls, they were deflated or old or something, idk you judge by the picture for yourself. They got more than 1 star because the service itself was good, drink never empty and plates picked up from table often.
Went on a week night about 6 in the evening... paid almost $17 for food that looked like it had been sitting there since lunch... I got a steak that was on the grill and "fresh".... it was the toughest price of meat... also got salad since it looked ok... wanted " butter" for a roll and asked wait staff... she pointed to a pile of margarine... later I decided I wanted a baked potato and they were gone ... I asked her if they were bring more out... her response was "I don't know" and walked away from me. Don't get me started on how badly the bathroom smells... very sad for a place that has only been open a few yrs
Disappointed and a waste of money. Food selection was very limited, in the hour we were there, empty containers, place was a mess, no refills on drinks, tables were not cleared. We waited hoping that they would put out food, but the things they put out were not edible, zoom in on the chicken covered in hot sauce and you will see the blood. We ended up leaving and going to Culvers.
Had lunch here on a Sunday. Not overly busy which was nice & seating was easy. Dining room was nice and clean. The steak was super great as usual! More vegetable types need to be offered here. The desserts were minimal & the limited fruit looked very old and totally unappetizing. I was disappointed that the buffet was much smaller than the Waukesha location. The girl working the register could learn how to smile once in awhile. She was unwelcoming and a bit rude upon our entry by ignoring us for some time while she putzed around doing something else. Didn't even say "I'll be with you in just a moment." Get someone else up there who cares about your customers. The server at our table was really great & he kept our table clean & our drinks refilled.
