STAY AWAY !!!! EVEN IF THIS IS THE LAST RESTAURANT $50 meal If I could given a negative star review I would. Extremely disappointed with my food. I ordered two completely different dishes, general Tao and “crispy” beef with steamed rice. Both tasted the same and very bland with no flavour. Didn’t receive any dipping sauces for the spring rolls. Came when they asked me to in 20mins when I got home and opened the container both dishes were completely soggy and spring roll was more than mush rolls!!! Also didn’t get my two “free” pops with my order. I truly don’t understand how these people can run a business this way. Don’t waste your hard earned money and effort on this place. A sorry excuse for a restaurant. Should be shut down immediately.

The food was so full of salt and grease we could not eat it. Although we ordered four different dishes, they all had the exact same flavor. When I call the restaurant to complain they yelled at me and told me that I should have ordered no salt. Then they hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting customer service and food. Extremely rude staff, instead of offering some kind of compensation, they told me that I should complain to the meat company or should have ordered no salt and then hung up on me.

Ordered my Shabbat Dinner and everything tasted amazing. Not a lot of salt, very flavourful and was very generous with their portions. My family was raving on how delicious everything was. I was greeted very well from the hostess. FYI, I'm not family but a satisfied and loyal customer. Thank you for my great experience.

We ordered hours in advance for a specific time. When I arrived to pick up the order I was told it was not ready. I waited for over half an hour past the promised time. The lady at the front was rude and made excuses as if it was their first day in business. It is unfortunate that they are so unprofessional as they are the only Kosher Chinese take out food available.

Possibly the worst kosher food I have ever eaten and definitely the worst "Chinese" food I have ever eaten. Zero flavour. So little flavour you could actually taste the oil that they used to cook the food. Last time I checked MSG is kosher, maybe try using it in your food.

They are too cheap to give sauce, and won't even give an option to pay for it. It probably costs them 5 cents. They will literally argue with customers over this. The food is delicious but this is such an unpleasant place to order from. They will not send a drink with a combo unless specifically reminded. Please improve, this is so unacceptable!!!!!! Customer service is also horrendous, do better.

Very poor customer service. Ordered a lunch combo and specifically mentioned that order would be picked-up by someone else and that I required cutlery, napkins, etc., and requested a Diet Coke. Order was delivered with main dish, but no Spring Roll, was supposed to be included in order, no cutlery, no napkins, no Diet Coke. When I called to report the missing Spring Roll, I was told to call back so that the counter worker could call the owner to discuss the missing Spring Roll with her, as opposed to simply issuing me an immediate apology and being invited to swing by restaurant, at my earliest convenience, to pick one up. Instead, I was offered an extra Spring Roll with a future order, except that I already paid for my missing Spring Roll with my most recent order, and don't think that receiving something that I already paid for, but never received, should be tied to a future order. The worker explained that she wasn't authorized to give me the Spring Roll that I didn't receive and asked that I call back at a later time to discuss the matter with the owner. Not worth my time or effort, but based on principle alone, will never return to Golden Chopsticks, so there won't be any extra Spring Roll with a future order, nor would I recommend restaurant to others. Caveat Emptor. Terrible customer service!

Sooo disappointed!!! You expect it to cost if its kosher but I didn't expect bland tasteless dishes. Oily veg fried rice. Soggy sesame chicken and the chicken was overcooked making it hard to chew. The stuff in the plastic trays at the kosher Sobeys is better. Used to be better at the old location. Won't be back.

Extremely poor customer service. My non-profit had a group order to fulfil for our staff. We were significantly overcharged for the order the total of which was withheld from us and when I went to try and reason with the owner, I was lied to and given the runaround. Additionally, several staff members commented that the food gave them digestion issues.
